All session pricing includes session, sorting and light editing / cropping for proofing purposes, and fully edited images available via digital download.  Fully edited images are usually available within specified weeks following session via digital download, but can take longer depending on the season.   Weddings, babies, large groups and special appointments require additional editing time.

FIRST YEAR BUNDLES:  In order to receive bundle pricing, the bundle must be paid in full prior to or at first appointment OR each appointment will be full price until bundle price is met (i.e. full price for each session until final session which will reflect the discount).

High quality professional prints and canvas may be purchased through Sherry Sloan Photography if desired, but it is not required.  Please inquire samples and pricing.  Copyright release will be issued upon request.

We are committed to delivering quality portraits at reasonable prices.  We do our best to produce maximum number of sharp vivid images, but the total number of images is dependent upon many factors including (but not limited to) weather, time of day, number of subjects, and cooperation (children and pets are precious...but unpredictable).   We do not guarantee a certain number images. 

Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will we release unedited photographs.  On occasion, we may upload proofs to be viewed, but they are not to be downloaded or shared in any way.  They are only for your consideration and the selection process.  We consider the finished images to be works of art and hope you do as well.  We value your business and are pleased to assist you in preserving your memories...
